Week of June 19th.

People were tired, the number of revolutions between the years of 1791-1804-The Haitian Revolution, the Spanish Revolution 1808-1825 were enormous. Most habitual lands had been conquered already. Slavery had a big part in the up-rising of people. That is the common denominator I see in these chapters.

In little more than a century, roughly from 1780 to 1890, a remarkable transformation occurred in human affairs as slavery, widely practiced and little condemned since at least the beginning of civilization, lost its legitimacy and was largely ended (Strayer/Nelson Pg. #715).

This is when the world truly started to change for the better of all. The laws had been in place for centuries that hurt the African people. It hurt my people as well here in the Americas.
The uprising of people throughout these last few centuries are significant an I give all praise to my ancestors who fought the fight for equality and fairness for all.

America has a long way to grow but is by far the greatest Nation on the Planet!
